Personalised Care
We listen to understand your experiences, your priorities and goals.
Each 50 minute session is dedicated to you. This is your time to share, explore and discover.
Often we see clients for 5-6 sessions, and Medicare clients generally have a 10 session plan. We will see you for as long as you feel you are getting value from our sessions.
Tailored Evidence-based Treatments
Everyone is different and every session is tailored to you and your needs. Your input is important and together we find solutions and tools to support you.
All tools and methods we recommend are based in research and have been shown to be effective. We select appropriate tools and help you to understand how to use them to achieve your specific outcomes.
Long Term Impact
We strive to work with you toward lasting change and an evolution of your approach to specific situations. This does not happen immediately and we are here to support you on this journey.
