We can coach you through the process and support you in ensuring that throughout this challenge you build a great relationship with your manager and hr representatives. If needed and at your request we can be your support person in discussions and also advocate for you if needed.

We are a team of psychologists and senior hr leaders who are experienced in how to respond, manage and design policies and programs which deliver on health and psychosocial priorities in the workplace.
We work with HR, DEI and Wellbeing teams to upskill and react to immediate needs as well as provide training and insight for managers and leaders who are on the frontline of supporting employees during challenging times.
We provide a comprehensive set of tools and training for hr, managers and leaders to more effectively navigate the complexities when team members are diagnosed with life changing health issues or experiencing chronic disorders which impact day to day.
Additionally, we respond to requests to advocate for employees who are patients, caregivers or experiencing grief to ensure they feel well supported and also to underpin our client organisations desire to deliver respectful, person-centred and equitable solutions for their team members when they need it most.
